Coaching School Dates: July 19-21, 2026

Location: Mariott Marquis, Houston, Texas

Times: July 19th 8:00am-4:00pm | July 20th 8:00am-4:00pm

Vendor Fee: $75 | $50 for active THSCWA members

All submissions will be carefully reviewed for consideration. THSCWA members will be given first priority. If selected, all vendors will be required to donate a door prize.

*Completing the vendor interest form does not guarantee your spot as a vendor. Once this form closes, the Vendor Committee will review all submissions and a board member will reach out to confirm interest and the THSCWA treasurer will email you an invoice after June 15th.

** Due to hotel policy, we are unable to accept food or beverage vendors. (Vendors such as Scout & Cellar are permitted.)

***THSCWA does NOT cover room fees or parking fees that vendors might incur.

  • No. Vendor applications are reviewed by the Vendor Committee and selected vendors will be contacted directly.

  • Your vendor fee reserves your vendor space during the 2026 THSCWA Coaching School and provides access to attendees throughout designated vendor hours. Hotel wifi, room or parking fees are not included.

  • Each vendor spaces will include a 6 ft. table and 2 chairs. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own displays, signage, merchandise, extension cords, and any additional setup materials needed.

  • Please notify THSCWA as soon as possible. Vendor fees are non-refundable.

  • Detailed setup instructions, load-in information, and vendor schedules will be emailed prior to the convention.
